Re: Informative Resource on depression

Hi again,

I hope you are well! I reached out about a month ago asking if you could include our resource on depression here: https://addictionrehabtreatment.com/mental-health/depression/ to your website.

I haven't heard anything back and wanted to ensure I have the right contact for this. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Kind regards,

Shane

Hi there,

I trust you are well!

My name is Shane and I'm reaching out because I'm doing some research on depression and mental health and I came across your resources here: http://mypregnancytime.blogspot.com/2012/

I commend you for the work you do and for providing these important resources to the community. As you know, depression is a mood disorder and when left untreated can be debilitating and have a major effect on the individual's everyday life, as well as many more adverse outcomes, such as suicide.

One good solution to consider to help a loved one suffering from depression is to help them realize there is no shame in depression, and that it is more than possible to live a normal life. Making sure that they feel supported and loved can be extremely helpful in assisting them toward treatment and recovery.

I work with Addiction Rehab Treatment and we're actively working to raise awareness on depression and mental health. We've created a resource page on this topic to further educate people who may be struggling, which you can see here: https://addictionrehabtreatment.com/mental-health/depression/

Would you be willing to include this link as an additional resource on your website? It would be an honor to be part of your work in supporting the community with these issues. Alternatively, we would also be happy to write an informative guest post for your consideration. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. I look forward to hearing back from you!

Kind regards,

Shane
